Bricks4DC
Bricks4DC is an organization based in Washington, DC that focuses on bringing joy to underprivileged youth currently living in family housing shelters.
By bringing LEGO® bricks to them, they are able to unwind and learn problem solving skills, all while having fun. The kids participate in engineering challenges given to them in monthly classes, such as building the tallest tower, or the strongest bridge, as we aim to have them learn as they play.
We collected over 700 pounds of LEGO®s to give to family shelters in Washington, DC.

Our Shelters
What started as a virtual LEGO® building class in 2020 has become a large project, reaching over 250 children over five years!
We currently provide our services to three shelters in Washington, DC.
